
The Career Curve Consultancy is run by Julian Harris who has over 20 years of front-line business experience of Finance, Sales, Recruitment and Human Resources in the UK and Europe.
Julian is currently the owner of a recruitment consultancy and has worked with many companies from large Dow Jones and FTSE100 companies to Private Equity owned entities through to Family owned firms. He has assisted in building businesses through talent acquisition and retention strategies and has been instrumental in formulating interview procedures for a wide spectrum of clients.
Julian regards himself as both highly professional and personable and looks to provide a service which whilst based on a number of programmes is ultimately very much tailored to the individual. He gains particular professional satisfaction from working closely with people helping them to realise their career ambitions.
Julian is a father to two school age children and is extremely aware of the sometimes conflicting pressures between business and personal life. He therefore aims to help people achieve their career ambitions within the context of personal values.
A keen sportsman, Julian plays and coaches cricket and is an active runner and cyclist.
Julian is a Member of the Institute of Career Guidance
