Making the all important next steps
The Career Curve Consultancy offers two generic programmes which can be adjusted to suit the needs of each individual, plus an extra option for on-going advice. Whilst the programmes draw on teachings from a number of disciplines (e.g. occupational theory and psychology) they are designed primarily as a practical course of actions to enhance success in the job market.
Both programmes are between 3 to 4 hours in duration and are exercise driven one-to-one sessions. Extensive programme notes accompany the sessions which can be used as a reference resource throughout the individual's job search.
Programme 1: The Job Search
This programme is aimed at people looking to take stock of where they are in relation to their ambitions and subsequently how to target those employers who can help fulfil the next step on the career curve.

Programme 2: Interview Procedure
Candidates will be tutored through the various interview procedures, styles and techniques used to single out talent and how to recognise and react to them. This programme is aimed particularly at people who expect the interview process to be highly rigorous and competitive or those who have been outside of the interviewing process for a length of time and require "refreshing". This is also beneficial for those people who have been the interviewer, but who have not had any formal training in the processes currently being employed. :

Additional Option: Personal Guidance through the whole process
In addition to the programmes above, the candidate will be able for a period of three months to use the independent and impartial advice of The Career Curve Consultancy at all stages of their job search. Free to call at any time (within reason!) and discuss the state of their job search and any problems arising, right through to negotiating remuneration and benefit packages and where relevant exiting from current employer, the candidate will benefit from a highly experience and qualified professional with no interests in the outcome other than the satisfaction of the candidate concerned.
